Our client, are a well-established Accountant and Business Advisers firm who are looking for an experienced secretary to provide support within their business. To ensure the office is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, taking messages, arranging meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting with events organising when required.
  • Covering reception/ front of house duties.
  • Completing new client forms.
  • General administration tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing etc.
  • Drafting relevant letters to clients.
  • Ensuring that Engagement letters are generated and sent to clients via the portal if requested.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal staff to manage all their secretarial service
    requirements.
  • Assisting with Land Registry searches.
  • Dealing with Bank audit requests / Confirmation.com.
  • Managing the merge of projects i.e. Tax info requests / P11D.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal staff to manage all their secretarial service requirements.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous secretarial experience ideally in a professional service.
  • Strong IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Have a good telephone manner, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must work well as a team and have a pro-active team work approach.
