A unique opportunity has arisen with our client for a general Litigation Solicitor. This is a great opportunity to join a firm who is currently growing and has a good reputation in the area, resulting in repeat work and referrals.

Areas of Civil/Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution you will be dealing with include:

• Professional Negligence
• Faulty Goods and Services
• Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts and Inheritance Disputes
• Building Disputes
• Debt Recovery
• Boundary Disputes
• Commercial and contract disputes

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good honours degree followed by LPC, training contract and PSC / or a good honours degree with CILEX to Fellow level, LPC and PSC and admitted by SRA as a solicitor
• Preferably at least 1 year experience within litigation

• Possess a legal background
• Experience of managing a busy, mixed caseload

• Experience of case preparation
• Legal research and legal drafting experience
• Business development and networking skills
• Demonstrates and develops a high-quality level of technical expertise.
