A well-established, Legal 500 firm are seeking 3 years PQE + Commercial Property Solicitor to join their department in their lovely offices in central Brighton. The firm have great presence in the South / London and excellent reputation.

Strong candidates with an impressive background will be considered for this role and the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work alongside experts in the field managing a mixed caseload.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a mixed caseload of freehold purchase and sale of commercial and business premises, site acquisitions, disposals and development, retail, leisure, factory office and residential, leases & renewals, portfolio management and property investments, property finance and rent reviews
• Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
• Drafting various legal documentation
• Dealing with complex property matters
• Active involvement in business development

Desired Skills

• A good honours degree followed by LPC, training contract and PSC / or a good honours degree with CILEX to Fellow level, LPC and PSC and admitted by SRA as a solicitor
• Commercial property exposure gained at a reputable firm
• Candidates must be a qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive
• Post qualification experience of at least 3 years
• A following is highly desirable
