(Residential Property New Build Team)

A modern, forward thinking solicitor`s firm in Surrey are seeking an office administrator to join their Residential Property Team, specifically assisting on New Build files.

They are a successful and reputable solicitor`s firm dealing with a range of private client matters to include property sales/purchases, matrimonial issues and company & commercial matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming enquiries by telephone
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Liaising with lenders
  • Registrations at the Land Registry and dealing with Land Registry enquiries
  • General administration to include filing, faxing, scanning, binding, archiving and photocopying.
  • Carrying out ID checks on clients
  • Administering client files with updates
  • Opening and closing files
  • Deal with the completion and post completion requirements of the property transaction
  • Supporting solicitors in the office with their administration needs across all practice`s areas when required


To be successful you will need:

  • At least 5 GCSE`s grade A* - C including Maths and English
  • Administration experience within a legal environment or professional services will be an advantage
  • Client facing experience and telephone skills
  • Ability to use IT packages
  • Full driving licence is essential
