An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join a reputable legal practice with offices in Chichester. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters.
Duties will include:
Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
Handling landlord and tenant matters.
Liaising with the Property Litigation Department in relation to contentious matters.
Drafting various complex property related documentation.
Active involvement in business development.
Desired skills:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of PQE+ .
Experience in running your own Commercial Property caseload.
Experience of dealing with small Corporate Commercial transactions is desired but not essential.
