A well-established law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join their busy and expanding team. This will be based in there Chichester office. The ideal candidate must provide administrative support and able to offer a high-quality legal service to all the clients.
Duties will include:
Providing full secretarial support with matters related to Personal Injury law.
Speaking with clients and keeping them up to date.
Making appointments, managing diaries, and seeing to the reasonable requirements of clients.
Liaising with experts, Counsel, witnesses and the Court.
Preparing correspondence and documents through both audio and copy typing.
Checking documents for accuracy.
Costing of files for the purpose of cost update letters.
Ensuring confidentiality and security of all documentation to comply with GDPR regulations.
Desired skills and experience:
Legal Secretary experience essential within Personal Injury – at least 1 years’ experience.
Use of the Proclaim Case Management system would be an advantage.
Experience of using a PI Portals is an advantage.
Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital audio systems and experience of using case management system.
