An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice with offices in Chichester. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to the ability to take on an existing varied caseload whilst also undertaking business development.

Duties will include:

• Managing a varied case load of litigation matters to include landlord and tenant disputes, Contentious Probate matters, Commercial contracts and business disputes, Partnership disputes, Debt claims, boundary disputes and Professional negligence claims. ?
• Active involvement in business development.

Desired skills:

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 – 10 years of PQE+ (although there is no upwards limit).
• Experience in running your own Civil Litigation caseload.
• Strong negotiation, communication and advocacy skills.
• Be proactive with an interest in business development.
