A well-established legal practice with multiple offices is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their Legal 500 firm in Farnborough. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in drafting legal documentation and undertaking legal research on a mixed caseload that is already established.
Duties will include:
Drafting commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Assisting Partners with drafting documentation on large transactions.
Oversee due diligence process, drafting disclosure letters and related documents.
Undertaking legal research and in-depth analysis of case law, statutes and regulations
Desired skills:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-5 years of PQE +.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting commercial contracts and other corporate commercial documentation.
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £55K +.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
