An opportunity for an experienced Post Exchange Executive to support our clients Residential Property team Guildford. The ideal candidate will have experience in Post Exchange work and Residential Property. You must be confident with clients, good customer service, excellent IT skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing direct support to fee earners to permit them to operate at optimum efficiency
Conduct post exchange work and correspondence
Be in charge of preparing of Certificate of Titles for signature by fee earners, Transfer Deeds, carry out all pre-completion searches, deal with replies to requisitions, prepare CHAPS and BACS forms
Leading completion formalities and prepare completion statements for clients and buyer’s solicitors
Overseeing all post-completion formalities including Registration, Land Registry Forms and AP1s
Responsible for online form filling requirements including SDLT forms
Gathering information from local authorities and other organisations
Generation of suitable client care correspondence
Updating Online Lender Portal Management systems
Attending to clients and agents both in person and on the telephone: including updating clients and agents; chasing clients, Lenders and organisations for information.
Assisting the Residential Property department when required
Desired skills:
Legal experience within residential property and working knowledge of the post exchange process is essential
Display a positive attitude and be flexible
Have strong communication skills
Knowledge of using case management systems
Ability to use initiative and to work as part of a busy team
Demonstrate a willingness to learn
