Job Description

A highly reputable law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will with 3 years + Residential Conveyancing experience.

Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those qualified by experience will be considered.

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
• Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
• Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
• Conduct legal research where appropriate.

Desired skills:

• Fee earning experience essential within Residential Conveyancing. At least 3 years PQE.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Professional and proactive approach.
