Our client is a highly reputable law firm with multiple locations across the Kent area are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential and commercial property matters (when required) to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, lease renewals, re-mortgages and deeds of surrender.
Duties will include:
Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
Drafting various legal documentation.
Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
Conduct legal research where appropriate.
Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.
Desired skills:
Residential Property fee earning experience essential at least 3 years’ PQE +.
Proven track record of meeting targets.
Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £45, 000 - £55,000.
Pension scheme.
Health care scheme after 6 months.
A mixture of office and remote working considered after probation.
