Civil Litigation Solicitor

2-3 Years PQE

An opportunity has arisen with our reputable client for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Portsmouth office.

This role will be advising on all areas on Civil Litigation with a particular emphasis on Property Litigation.

Areas of Dispute Resolution the firm deal with include:

• Rights of way
• Boundary disputes
• Access to neighbouring land
• Encroachment onto land
• Party wall issues
• Adverse possession (‘squatters rights’) claims
• Parking disputes
• Blocked access disputes
• Disputes between joint property owners
• Eviction of tenants
• Will, Probate & Estate Disputes
• Attorney, Deputy & Court of Protection Disputes
• Debt Recovery

The ideal candidate will have:

• Civil Litigation experience 2 years + PQE

• Experience of managing a busy, mixed caseload
• Fee earning experience

• Experience of case preparation
• Legal research and legal drafting experience
• Business development and networking skills
• Demonstrates and develops a high-quality level of technical expertise.
