Junior Corporate & Commercial Paralegal (Administration)

Well established law firm with offices in across Surrey and London are seeking to hire a Junior Paralegal to support lawyers within the Corporate and Commercial teams.

Providing full administration support including using a digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation related to helping business of all sizes to successfully navigate legal and compliance issues regarding mergers and acquisitions, contracts, agreements, share schemes & incentives and banking and finance.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • PA duties including diary management, arranging meetings and conference
  • Greeting clients and client liaison
  • Taking calls
  • Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate client admin files
  • Collating court bundles
  • Drafting contracts and agreements
  • Producing bills


Experience within these areas of law is not necessary for this role but it would be desirable if you have:

  • Strong and efficient admin skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very well organised
  • Friendly & professional attitude
  • IT literate : Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio software / Case Management
