Duties will include:
Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation.
Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation.
Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with internal teams on transactions.
Active involvement with business development
Desired Skills and Experience:
Corporate fee earning experience essential 3 – 7 years PQE
Have very high level of technical competence
Marketing and business development skills
Proven track record of meeting targets
Have strong interpersonal skills
Sound legal knowledge within the processes
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £60K - £80k+.
