Acquisitions and disposals
Rent reviews, re-gears and relocations
Property refinancing
Strategic lease structuring and negotiations
Business acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations
Desired skills:
Minimum 5 years Real Estate fee earning experience, essential.
Experience running investment acquisitions and disposals and proven investment transaction experience.
Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £60K - £80k+.
