Some of the duties will include
Complete all file archiving processes across all offices in Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire.

Complete all file archiving processes across all offices in Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire.
Printing, scanning and photocopying documents is required, as well as binding and finishing documents.
Closure of files as required by the departments and fee earners.
Some lifting and carrying of boxes of documents.
Ensuring both the recording of storage locations and arranging storage and collection of archived files in conjunction with the firm’s off-site storage facility.
Following legal compliance and regulations
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in a similar role within professional services.
Have strong and clear communication skills.
Be happy to do some lifting and carrying of boxes.
Have a full driving licence – essential.
Confident with using Microsoft Office systems and a Case Management System.
Excellent attention to detail.
What they offer:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm. This is full time and office based.
Salary depending on experience £23,000 - £24,000
Petrol can be claimed back.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
