An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in Hove. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding commercial property team.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters, including:
Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
Handling landlord and tenant issues.
Overseeing property acquisitions, sales for development, land promotion, options and conditional contracts.
Property auctions – sales and purchases.
Lease Extensions.
Duties will include:
Managing an existing and mixed caseload.
Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
Drafting various legal documentation.
Dealing with complex property matters.
Active involvement in business development.
Supervision and management of staff if required.
The successful candidate will:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE +.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in running and building your own Commercial Property caseload.

Salary depending on experience £45K - £70K.
