Duties will include:
Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
Handling landlord and tenant matters.
Drafting various complex property related documentation.
Desired Skills
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-4 years PQE.
Residential conveyancing experience is a bonus.
