The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service. You will be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process, working within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
Maintaining and updating the firm’s case management system.
Handling all post-completion formalities.
Conducting legal research where required.
Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
About You
Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience.
Proven ability to meet targets and manage a busy caseload effectively.
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
