Our client is a modern law firm with multiple offices across Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable firm on a full time or part time basis.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service. You will be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process, working within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating the firm’s case management system.
  • Handling all post-completion formalities.
  • Conducting legal research where required.
  • Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.

About You

  • Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
