Duties:
Managing own casework acting for claimants in clinical negligence matters.
Undertaking thorough investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.

Progressing claims through both pre-litigation and litigated stages (Fast Track and Multi Track).
Ensuring compliance with relevant procedural rules and time limits.
Ensuring all files are maintained in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
Meeting billing and time recording targets in line with the firm’s expectations.
Desired Skills:
Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
Excellent technical and client care skills.
Business development and networking skills.

Salary dependent on experience circa £59,000+
