An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in the Windsor area. They are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on matters independently.

Duties:

  • Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
  • Will include Discrimination claims, Whistleblowing, Union detriment and other Union related claims, TUPE and claims with multiple claimants.
  • Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
  • Advising Union Officers when required.
  • Keeping up to date with employment law.
  • Time recording & billing to target.

Desired Skills:

  • Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
  • Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
  • Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
  • Excellent technical and client care skills.
  • Business development and networking skills.

  • Salary dependent on experience circa £59,000+
