Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.

Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
Will include Discrimination claims, Whistleblowing, Union detriment and other Union related claims, TUPE and claims with multiple claimants.
Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
Advising Union Officers when required.
Keeping up to date with employment law.
Time recording & billing to target.
Desired Skills:
Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
Excellent technical and client care skills.
Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
Salary dependent on experience circa £59,000+
Hybrid working.
Company pension.
Standard holiday plus Christmas and Birthday off.
