This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join an established firm in Bexleyheath. You will be joining a successful and busy private client department. You will manage your own caseload of probate matters for a range of clients.

Areas include but are not limited to:

• Estate and Care Fees Planning
• Wills and Will Writing
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Trusts and Trust Administration
• Probate and Administration of Estates
• Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments

Duties will include:

• Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
• Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
• Attending clients in their own environment as required.
• Maintaining good billings records within the team.

Desired skills:

• Fee earning experience essential within Private Client at least 2 years PQE+.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• STEP is desirable but not essential.
• Business development and networking skills.
