  • Liaising with client and other parties.
  • Organising travel arrangements, meetings and course when appropriate.
  • Filing post and ensuring post is sent.
  • Updating contact details.
  • Managing current and archived matters.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Obtaining payment on accounts from clients.
  • Requesting cheques and obtaining Partners signature for these.
  • Other duties when requested by manager.


Desires:

  • Experience of residential conveyancing.
  • Flexibility to work for more than one fee earner.
  • Ability to deal to demanding clients.
  • Desire to provide excellent client satisfaction.


The ideal candidate will be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to deliver great results under pressure, this could be the role for you!
